We are incredibly grateful to all the teachers and staff at Rise N Shine Childcare Centre, especially Ms. Mei Ling, Ms. Kelly, Ms. Alya, Ms. Nisha, Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Tracy and Ms. Joanna, for the love, care, and dedication they have shown to our son, Jayden. When Jayden first joined the centre, he had very limited exposure to English language. Over time, we have seen continuous improvement in his language skills. He is now able to understand simple English conversations and instructions, and has even started incorporating simple English words and phrases into his daily communication at home. This progress has exceeded our expectations. Beyond academics, we have also noticed significant growth in his confidence, independence, and social skills. The teachers have created a qarm, nurturing and engaging environment where he feel safe, happy and encouraged to learn.One thing that make us smile is his love for singing. He frequently turns ordinary conversations into songs, and we appreciate how the centre encourages creativity, swlf-expression and joyful learning.We truly appreciate the patiencd, professionalism and genuine care shown by every teacher and staff in the centre. Thank you for playing such an important role in our son's early development. Thumb up!

Our daughter has been with RnS for the past 18 months. During this time, we have seen significant growth in her independence, confidence, and overall development. We are grateful for the dedication and effort of all the teachers in nurturing and supporting the children.One area for improvement would be helping parents become more familiar with the teaching team. It would be helpful if parents could be introduced to all teachers, or at least have a way to put names to faces. For example, a staff directory or “school board” within the Oodlins app that includes teachers’ names and photos would make it much easier for parents to identify and connect with the teachers. At present, we only get to know the class teachers who directly care for our daughter. We have had to learn the names of other teachers through conversations with other parents or when our daughter mentions them. Having a more accessible reference would help strengthen communication and engagement between parents and the school community.
