[18 July 2025, Friday] –The children of Tyravocadorex Preschool went on an exciting adventure to the KL Bird Park — a beautiful sanctuary filled with vibrant and exotic birds. This wasn’t just an ordinary day out; it was a day where learning came to life through nature, wildlife, and hands-on experiences. The field trip was designed to spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and build social connections among the children.
From meeting colourful parrots to watching spectacular bird performances, the day was filled with exciting moments and precious memories.
Exploring the Beauty of Birds in Nature
The trip began with a guided walk through the park, where children could see a wide variety of bird species. Brightly feathered macaws, graceful swans, playful ducks, and elegant flamingos greeted the children along the way.
For many, it was their first time seeing birds up close — a thrilling and eye-opening experience. Teachers encouraged the children to observe each bird’s colors, beak shape, and behavior, helping them make connections to what they have learned in class about animals and their habitats.

The King of Animal Sounds!
While the birds were the main stars of the trip, one of the students stole the spotlight. Affectionately nicknamed “The King of Animal Sounds”, he amazed everyone by perfectly imitating a variety of animal calls — from a gobbling turkey 🦃, to a quacking duck 🦆, to the majestic peafowl’s call 🦚.
His performance had the entire group laughing and cheering, and it was a perfect example of how children naturally absorb and express what they learn through play and observation.
“Albert! Albert!” – The Cockatoo with Swag
One of the liveliest moments of the day came when the children met Albert, a charming white cockatoo with plenty of personality. The moment he appeared, the children started chanting, “Albert! Albert!”, their voices full of excitement.
Albert didn’t disappoint — he danced with swag, swayed to the rhythm, and showed off his cheeky charm. Some of the children waved, and Albert seemed to wave back, creating bursts of laughter and joy all around. This playful encounter wasn’t just adorable — it showed the children how expressive, clever, and engaging birds can be. For many, meeting Albert became one of the most unforgettable highlights of the trip.
🎭A Fantastic Bird Show Full of Surprises
The bird show was truly one of the most unforgettable highlights of the Tyravocadorex field trip. The children sat wide-eyed as the stage came alive with colourful, intelligent birds performing incredible acts. From racing through tricky obstacle courses that showed off their agility, to guessing the correct bowl with pinpoint accuracy, each performance drew gasps and cheers from the audience. The most surprising act was when the birds demonstrated eco-friendly habits — picking up rubbish and tossing it neatly into bins — a gentle yet powerful reminder about caring for our environment. The air was filled with excitement, laughter, and applause as the children learned just how smart, playful, and responsible birds can be.
👩🏫Teachers – Always There to Guide & Support
Throughout the entire experience, the dedicated Tyravocadorex teachers were there to guide and support the little ones. They patiently answered curious questions, encouraged children to try new things, and ensured everyone felt safe and included. Whether it was helping them feed the birds, pointing out interesting bird behaviours, or simply sharing in their moments of wonder, the teachers made sure this was more than just a fun trip — it was a meaningful learning adventure.

This field trip perfectly reflected what Tyravocadorex Preschool stands for: a place where learning goes beyond the classroom, where curiosity is nurtured, and where children grow through real-life experiences. By combining exploration, education, and joy, Tyravocadorex continues to inspire young minds and prepare them for a lifetime of discovery.
