We started our daughter at Ekids Butterworth at the age of four, looking for a kindergarten that emphasized learning through activities rather than a traditional academic focus, as she previously attended a Waldorf school. EKID’s hands-on, practical approach really resonated with us and felt like the perfect fit.We appreciate that Ekids maintains a balanced teacher-to-student ratio, ensuring each child receives the attention they need. The principal is very approachable and responsive, open to meeting with parents to discuss progress and collaboratively explore areas for growth. With smaller class sizes, Ekids’s teachers are able to focus closely on each child’s unique development. We’re thrilled with the nurturing environment Ekids provides and excited to watch our daughter continue to thrive here.

Six years ago, my sister introduced me to Ekids Butterworth, and since then, it has been a wonderful experience for my family. My eldest and second daughters graduated in 2022 and 2024, and now my youngest will graduate next year. All three of my children say Ekids Butterworth is the best kindergarten—they truly love it, and it shows in their enthusiasm. The school fosters a fun and creative learning environment, and they hold regular parent-teacher meetings to keep us updated on our children’s behavior, progress, and development. Because it’s a small kindergarten, the teachers can give each child individual attention, and they promptly inform us if anything arises. I remember a time when the teacher even noticed my daughter was a bit tired in class because she had stayed up late for a few days.I just wanted to share my experience: my eldest and second daughters are now doing well academically and performing confidently in primary school, which I believe is due to the strong foundation and confidence they built in kindergarten.
